It is not fancy at all so the price is right for it is still summer weather and the Boardwalk is only 50 feet away. I was very impressed when I saw a Company who comes in with a trained dog every month to check for bed bugs. The sheets are changed everyday and they are cleaned and pressed by a service. The room we were in was very well decorated by the owner as this Hotel has rooms that are purchased as a condo but maintained by the Hotel! Had a great time.
At first I wasn't to sure because of a review but this is the most friendly an upbeat family oriented place to spend a vacation an I highly recommend it to anyone. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate your needs an your rooms are clean an comfy. The pool is clean, towels provided. In the morning a various selection of teas an coffee.

I visited last week with my two sons. Welcoming person on the phone when making the reservation, pleasant front desk, clean rooms and bathrooms that appear to be recently upgrade, and a very well maintained pool. Location is ideal- near all of the activities on the Boardwalk and the beach. My first visit will not be my last. Negatives- we didn't get the ocean view rooms, but, will request them next time. Other guests were very nice. This is place proves that you don't have to spend a lot to be treated nicely. We'll be back and next time I will bring my wife!!!!
Your close to the boardwalk an the last day the owner doesn't rush you out the door as most places do, he provides you within reason the beach tag an parking spot so you can enjoy some extra time on the boardwalk.
Dirty walls/doors/fridge door.
there were cute things in the ugly lobby, like a jellyfish and a 'lending table' with beach toys to borrow but that's where the good ended. I was dissatisfied with the room entirely. The floor was dirty. There was no soap in the soap dispenser. the 'complementary' shampoo and body wash was half used. There were stains on the sink in the bathroom. And there were no coffee packets in the room, not that I would have used the coffee maker. Glad i brought lysol wipes! room was WAY over priced for what we got. don't waste your money
No maid service over 2 nights.
