I visited in July 2017 for a couple of days. My room was great and breakfast was wonderful.

Needed updates. Air conditioner in rooms and in the house was not working very good. Very hot in the house and rooms. Did not like taking a shower with the shower curtain touching me every where I turned. The porch ceiling fans did not work and the porch was dirty. The b&b in itself needs updates. The bedding was not clean and smelled. Breakfast was ok not the best we've had in previous b&b stays. Did not meet our expectations for what we paid.
