I have been coming to Ocean City, New Jersey for years and usually used Fox Realty. I contacted them about the unit that we rented from them and sent them pictures to show the filth. Not once was there an attempt to contact me about any of the issues we experienced.
Be careful when renting with Gary Jessel the broker at Fox Realty. I recently rented a 2 week stay this summer at one of his properties only to be told I didn't have first dibs next year for the same property as is the rule. He just promised the property to some other family next year. I have been renting with Fox Realty for many years but not anymore as this proves he doesn't value loyal repeat customers.

Amazing, Family has been coming to OCNJ for over 50 years and NEVER, EVER did we experience a situation like this. We spent hours cleaning before we departed, all of our family chipping in and we were accused of leaving the place dirty. I seriously doubt any family does more to leave a property as good as and in this case better than we found it. I am extremely disappointed and will NEVER rent through Fox again. Too many other choices.
