I come to this gym when I'm down the shore in ocean city New Jersey. It is probably the best gym. The employees are very kind of u need a spot they do not hesitate to come help you. The only problem is that the weights are very unorganized, but besides that it's a great gym I highly recommend!
A great gym. They have all the equipment I need, really great energy, the staff and fellow patrons are nice, and you can't beat the location. Afterwards, I enjoy a coffee and a stroll along Asbury without having to move my car. I had a great experience here with a week membership.
Love it. Friendly staff, good prices.. every piece of equipment you would need whether you like to do cardio or lifting. Theres a big open space upstairs for open floor work that is all matted. There's even heavy bags for some punching. Place is also always very clean. The staff loves what they do and they're very attentive to keeping their gym nice and always making upgrades (new treadmills, new equipment so everything is SMOOTH.) Thumbs up for the local gym, hands down best gym in Ocean city.
