Friendly staff, decent spot sizes and close to the boardwalk.
Prices are a rip off. The only time I park here is in the winter for FREE

Close to the boardwalk, directly up against 8th and boardwalk entrance near music pier. Conveniently there's two lots on north and south side that offers vacancys, even during the busy season.
