These folks certainly know what they're doing, but they charge outrageous prices. One year after paying over $10,000 for a system, we had a problem last week. The system is so complex and the wiring so convoluted that you have to call them for even the smallest problem.
We are video and audiophiles, we've been buying from Gleeson's for decades. They are extremely knowledgeable, they carry top shelf products, and they offer reasonable prices. Highly recommended!
They came out and resolved the problem in approximately 15 minutes and we got a bill for $106. They treat you as if they've "Got you"!. Well we've been had for the last time. Well be using someone else for service , maintenance, and new equipment in the future.
