the vehicle they repaired without my consent or an estimate? where the wheel fell off whilst driving? well, they put a severely damaged wheel back on my vehicle. it was OBVIOUSLY damaged. this damage is plainly visible by even the untrained eye. look at the attached pictures! it's splintered and bent (8" flat spot in the inner wheel lip), wobbled, which was visible on a balancer and could be felt with severe shaking in the seat and was losing air to boot - that is how bad the lip was bent. that is how they treat their customers! no regard for my safety or anyone else who may be on the road with me after their negligent repair work. that includes YOU!
Just be talking to the people, you can tell its a family bussiness. Freindly staff that does good work at a extremely fair price. Highly recommend.
My advice: don't depend on being treated anywhere close to right at this business. Absolutely rude, insulting and threatening behavior is NOT ACCEPTABLE! Not to mention the other issues regarding repairing without consent, etc. I will never, EVER go back here nor will I ever refer anyone there again. There are good worker(s) there but it doesn't matter when customers are treated so incredibly poorly by ownership.
Awesome group of mechanics who take care of my vehicle as if was their own. They also explain in great detail what needs to be fixed now and what can wait until next time. Thanks for all you do!!!
This place runs an honest business. I recently had some work done there. They came in $50 under their quoted price and were very accommodating. They also didn't try to upsell anything and only did the work work I requested. They charge a fair price for their work. Highly recommended.
Disgraceful.
Next instance was a disabled vehicle that was in an accident. The rear tire fell off while I was driving. I left it there and was promised an estimate for damages so I could decide whether or not it was worth the time to get it repaired. Next call I get is that it's ready - they repaired it without any estimate for me or approval BY me. The repairs exceeded the cost of the vehicle! I left it there for a while and when I called the owner and indicated that his happened, he said he knew nothing about it and took no responsibility.

Long time customer that has seen it devolve into a house of frustration and incompetence.
Last episode was yet another vehicle that needed an oil change and was making a noise in the rear, possibly brakes. given the situation with the last vehicle, where the wheel fell off, I am ultra sensitive to any possible safety issues with rear wheels. Once again, I called the day before for an appointment and was told to come in at 1. I arrived early at 12:45 and after waiting for some time because the shop was busy, the vehicle was put on the lift and the oil change started. Cnce again, the same imbecile shop owner decided that for some reason, without provocation, I couldn't get my rear wheels looked at because "he has to pay his bills", as if my vehicle is less important than any other, despite my appointment. He went on a very insulting, somewhat incoherent and threatening rant when i questioned why he was doing this to me yet again. They finished the oil change and I left, never to return again.
Needed a new car battery on vacation. They were only place open and had my size battery in stock at a fair price. Very friendly and helpful. They are open saturdays till 4 and sundays till 3.
Over the past four months, I have brought three different cars there. First time, I made an appointment for an Audi Q5, took time off of work to arrive with tires to get installed and was told extremely RUDELY by one of the owners they didn't have time after waiting for over an hour while the worker who told me he was the guy who would handle my vehicle (he indicated he was the one who could operate the tire machine without damaging the large, matte gray finished Audi wheels) was enveloped in a vacationer's car that was having some sort of issue.
